This policy explains how a person can request deletion of personal data associated with the Tiztar website, forms, communications and product trials.

It applies to information you share directly, such as contact data, business information, form responses and related communications.

2. Data you may request to delete

You may request deletion of personal data you provided, including contact details, business information, form answers, commercial communication history and data used to evaluate a trial or demo.

You may also ask us to stop contacting you by WhatsApp, email or other provided channels.

3. How to request deletion

To request deletion, reply to any of our communications or contact us through the channels published by Tiztar indicating that you want your data deleted.

Include enough information to identify the record, such as name, email, WhatsApp number and, if applicable, business name.

4. Verification and response time

We may request reasonable additional information to confirm that the request comes from the data owner or an authorized person.

We usually process deletion requests within 15 business days after verification. If we need more time, we will inform you of the status and estimated response time.

5. Data we may retain

In some cases, we may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, keep security records or demonstrate that we handled a request.

When identifiable data is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it or keep minimal internal control records.
