Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tiztar handles information shared when browsing the site or requesting a founder trial.

Last updated: August 4, 2026.

1. Scope

This privacy policy explains how Tiztar collects, uses, stores and protects information you share when browsing this website or submitting a founder trial request.

By using this site or submitting your data, you accept the processing of your information under this policy.

2. Information provided directly and website data

We may collect information you provide directly, such as name, email, WhatsApp number, business name, business type, approximate message volume, willingness to pay, website or Instagram and the problem you want to solve.

We may also collect basic technical information needed for security, operation and analytics of the website.

This section applies exclusively to information you provide directly on the website and technical website data. It does not apply to information obtained through Google APIs, whose limited use is described separately in sections 6 and 7.

3. How we use information provided directly

We use only the information you provide directly on the website to evaluate your trial request, contact you, understand your business needs, coordinate demos or product tests and improve Tiztar.

We may also use that directly provided information and technical website data to answer questions, prevent abuse, maintain website security and comply with applicable legal obligations. These purposes do not apply to data obtained through Google APIs.

4. WhatsApp and email communications

By submitting the form, you authorize Tiztar to contact you by WhatsApp, email or other provided channels in relation to your request, product demos, trials or commercial information.

You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying to the received message or using the available contact channel.

5. Providers for the website and forms

For information provided directly and technical website data, we may use third-party providers for hosting, forms, analytics and communications.

These providers act on Tiztar's behalf and may only process information needed to provide their services under confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations. We do not authorize them to use the information for advertising or their own purposes. Data obtained from Google is governed exclusively by sections 6 and 7.

6. Data obtained from Google

When you choose to connect Google Calendar to Tiztar, we request the openid, email, calendar.events and calendar.events.freebusy permissions. These permissions allow us to obtain the connected account's email address, check busy periods, read upcoming events and create events requested by the user.

Google Calendar data processed by Tiztar may include event start and end dates and times, event title or summary, attendees, event link and availability intervals. Tiztar does not access other Google products, does not request your Google Account password and does not perform actions other than those described in this section.

Tiztar uses information obtained from Google Workspace APIs exclusively to authenticate the integration and provide the user-requested, visible availability, scheduling and event-creation features. We do not use this data for advertising, the sale of information, advertising profiles, credit assessment or purposes unrelated to those features.

Tiztar does not use raw, aggregated, anonymized or derived data obtained from Google Workspace APIs for commercial communications, general analytics, market research, or to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Human access to Google data is prohibited unless the user has given explicit consent to receive support, access is necessary to investigate a security or abuse incident, or access is required to comply with applicable law. We do not allow people to read Google data for any other purpose.

7. Disclosure and transfer of Google data

Tiztar does not sell, rent or share data obtained from Google with advertisers, data brokers or third parties for their own purposes. We transfer it only to providers acting as processors on Tiztar's behalf when strictly necessary to provide authentication, secure storage and scheduling features requested by the user. We may also disclose it when required by an applicable legal obligation.

In particular, when the WhatsApp assistant needs to check availability or upcoming events to respond to a scheduling request, the corresponding Google Calendar data is shared in real time with OpenAI, L.L.C., as a data processor, solely to generate that conversational response. OpenAI processes this information under our instructions, on a per-request basis, and does not use it to train, retrain or improve its own or any third party's artificial intelligence models.

Tiztar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data retention

We keep information submitted directly for as long as needed to evaluate your request, manage our relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data obtained from Google is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized integration. When you disconnect the integration or request deletion, we delete associated data from our active systems, except for the minimum information we must temporarily retain for security or a legal obligation.

9. Security

Tiztar transmits data between its systems and Google through encrypted HTTPS connections. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form, and access is restricted to authorized services that provide the calendar integration.

We apply access controls and technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. Tiztar does not store your Google Account password.

No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Rights, revocation and deletion

You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal data, and you may ask us to stop contacting you when applicable.

You can revoke Tiztar's access from your Google Account security settings. You may also request deletion of data associated with the integration and your account by contacting the Tiztar team through the channels published on the site or by replying to our communications.

11. Contact

If you have questions about this privacy policy or the processing of your data, contact the Tiztar team through the channels published on the site or by replying to our communications.
